Pretty Giveaway

I'm going to launch this beautiful summer weekend with a giveaway.

Just because.

And with something really pretty too.

I found just the thing over at Fat Quarter Shop and they are very kindly letting me give one of these away to one of you ...

This oh-so-pretty "Twice the Charm" fabric roll of Robyn Pandolph's Love and Liberty collection includes 22 - 5 1/2" x 21" pieces ... plenty enough to make something fresh, summery and ... pretty!

If you'd like a chance to win, just leave me a comment telling me what your summer sewing project is.  If you don't have anything on the go you can mention either the last thing you finished or what is on the top of your crafting to-do list.  Comments close Tuesday July 16 and the winner will be announced Wednesday 17th.

Good luck and have a lovely weekend!

Lol it would be easier to tell you what I haven't planned! So far I am doing every project in the Simply Retro Book by Camille Roskelley, have the daisy chain sampler ready to start (and reading your book) and doing Christmas once a month with Julie at the crafty quilter blog. Oh my!!

Love the fabric!
I took a class at the Quilt Shop and the teacher
designed a little zipper bag and taught us how
to make it, so I'm making these little bags as
gifts.

Oh Kristyne, this fabric is so you! I love it for the same reasons I love your blog - it's so softly colored and romantic and charming. My summer project (which may last well into the fall!) is hand quilting one of my great grandmother's quilt tops. Because it's a vintage top, I decided it needed hand quilting. I'm loving the process, but it certainly takes a lot of time! :) Thanks so much for the awesome giveaway opportunity.

I want to make sweet little 'hanky' pillows for the women folk in my family, along with some of my special friends. This fabric would be a perfect backing for the vintage hankies I'll be using.

Thanks for offering this give away!

Is that as pretty as it looks? 'cause it sure looks pretty to me. I am finishing a few quilts that I started last year. All are now pieced and I just have to back them and quilt them. My self imposed deadline is September 1. Wish me luck.

We recently moved so my sewing room is a work in progress. My last quilt was made for my surgeon for one of her exam room walls. I've never designed a quilt from scratch but I jumped in! I used fabric designed for Breast Cancer and she really liked. So when the sewing room is up and running I will be making her a wall hanging for her office.

Thank you for the giveaway, it brings me up. Have a Blessed weekend.

This sounds crazy, but I've been sewing for Christmas a lot lately. There are a lot of fun Christmas in July events, plus I've been faithfully turning out at least one Christmas-y project per month all year long. In June, I made some of the gift tags that you and Nana Company so generously shared!
