Mini-Series Monday #2

Happy Mini-Monday everyone!

Remember Little Lady?

Well, here she is all LITTLE little ... 11" x 15".

A block measures 4" x 4".

I repeated the same FMQ design from the big version seen here...

Cute, huh?

And I even added the ric rac.

This detail wasn't part of the original pattern in the book.

But I got the idea from other quilts designed by Camille like this one and this one. :)

Used up more scraps on the back ...

Again ... this is NOT a placemat, people.  (Could you even IMAGINE letting someone spill spaghetti sauce on this?!)

Next week ...

As with everything you do, this is gorgeous. I have to know, though... where oh where do you get those big spools of giant ric rac. I won't be able to sleep until I find out. :-)

It's just lovely! How perfect to have little quilts to hang in the kitchen, bathroom, sewing room, my house (see how nicely i transitioned there?). ;0

I love things 'small'. Even as a kid I love Kiddles, trolls, matchbox cars...small was just way fun. ;0

"Little" Little lady is "sweet" ,sweet, so cute and I'd cut off the hands of whoever tried to use it as a placemat!! LOL

You are so funny. I love reading what you write. This small quilt is sooooo cute! Of course I would not even imagine for a second to use it as a placemat!

Spaghetti sauce and that quilt shouldn't even be used in the same sentence. That is darling! Love the ric rac. Spools of ric rac make me happy.

Hi Kristyne, just gorgeous! I really love the way you put your colours and fabrics together, so fresh and pretty. Looking forward to next week's mini-series quilt!

This mini little lady is adorable and the back is so pretty too! Such cheerful colors.

How cute is that???? Love the soft colors. I've never added ric rac but this is perfect.

How unbelievable supercute! I used my ruby charm pack to make a small version of 'Late Blommer' and now have to wait for a few ruby FQs to make the blooms (which I'll shamelessly steal from the Sugar Rush pattern because Late Bloomer isn't a PDF pattern which means I'd have to wait aeons for it;-). But I think you just put a Lillte Lady on my growing to-do-list.
