Em, you have a sharp eye. I stitched them together by machine with inset seams. It's a bit of a pain to start and stop at the 1/4" mark of each corner, AND anchor both seam end with a few stitches, but it's a lot faster than EPP. :) All my corners turned out really well ... except for the one with a tiny pucker that I strategically hid with the scissors! ;) k

Love the fussy cutting (Can someone please come up with with a nicer term than that? It always makes me think of cantankerous old ladies threatening children with large sewing scissors.)! Did you use that folding mirror thingy to do it or just eyeball it?
