Auction #2 - Rectangle Pincushion

Holy cow!  Thank you for your interest in my needlebook.  :)  Very much appreciated.

I know I just made this a few weeks ago.  But as much as I love it, I really don't need another pincushion.  I've got lots.  So here you go.  It measures 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1" and is stuffed with ground walnut shells.  (Sorry, pins not included, but you can find them here.)

Bidding ends at 8:00 pm MST on Monday June 16.  (I'll ship anywhere, but postage is not included.)  And I will send the winning bidder a PayPal invoice.

Oh you're keen!!!
Can you please share the pattern? For lots of pin cushions - you could consider writing a book - just on pin cushions!! I just know they'd be super gorgeous if you did!
I'm sure lots of others would LOVE another book of yours :)

I have a question about stuffing of a pincushion. I use walnut shells also, but I often mix them with rice and lavender, I am always afraid the walnut will come out the edges. Do you make a separate liner for the walnut? and do you use any stuffing at all? Your pincushions always look so perfectly stuffed. I agree you should write a book about pincushion and needle book construction, yours are always so cute. Thanks for all the sharing you do on this blog.

Ferne, I just stuff it, but I do fuse shape flex to the fabric for more durability!

Hi Kristyne, I'm not sure how this works. If it's anything like eBay (where people come in at the last minute and increase the top bid by a dollar to win the auction), I want to make sure I put in the last bid. I bid $75 a few days ago and I'm willing to go up if anyone else bids at the last minute. So if anyone else bids, I want to increase that bid by $10. THANKS!!!
