Oh, these are lovely. I would make a fabric house for my daughter - a small toy carry case that folds out as a play mat - and this bundle would make the walls, floor and ceiling look delightful!

Oh wow, do I love these! I'll move house in about 3 weeks. I had to promise myself not to do any sewing until everything 'll be packed and ready to go. Boring but fortunately mind numbing tasks such as sorting and packing leave loads of time for thinking. I don't know yet what I'd turn these lovely fabrics into: a lapquilt, pillow-covers, placemats perhaps. The possibilities are endless and whatever I'd decide to make, I'm sure it would be pretty.

Like most quilters, I would look at it, fondle it, rub it and think about what I would use it for. I usually think about what to make with it for awhile, but this pretty fabric it telling me it should be used as a table runner for my kitchen, where everyone can see it on display. I finally have a sewing room and am able to display my collection of antique and vintage toy sewing machines. So now I'm working on little doll quilts to display with each oh the sewing machines. I have two red ones. One is bright red and is just begging for a red and white Christmas doll quilt. But the other is a softer red and it really really wants these sweet little fabrics made up into a doll quilt to surround it on the shelf and make it look sweet and pretty, too.
