You'll Never Guess What I Made

Another pincushion.

I know.

And it's from another Farmer's Wife mistake block, too.

I wasn't sure if I should finish the block before making it into a pincushion.  But I really didn't want to.  I know it wouldn't have been a big deal - just cut a few squares in half, stick 'em on the corners and ... done. 

But I just.didn't.want.to.  So I didn't. 

So glad too ... I love this octagon shape!

Don't you just love it when being lazy also turns out being awesome?
